INSTRUCTIONS:
Complete the Request for Service form below to report any problems you have with equipment in your charge. You can request service for both hardware and software issues.
Although requests for assistance with software are limited to re/installation and configuration, faculty and staff can request orientation and feature implementation assistance for Microsoft Office 2000 components, DocuShare, and Intranet applications.
For email setup, you must have your Alcorn issued email address and password available, which can be obtained from the computer center by calling 877-6182.
