INSTRUCTIONS:
Complete the Request for Service form below to report any
problems you have with equipment in your charge. You can request
service for both hardware and software issues. |
| Although
requests for assistance with software are limited to re/installation
and configuration, faculty and staff can request orientation
and feature implementation assistance for Microsoft Office
2000 components, DocuShare, and Intranet applications. |
| For
email setup, you must have your Alcorn issued email address
and password available, which can be obtained from the computer
center by calling 877-6182. |
